Photo 1. This is my little one bedroom house that I couldn't 
live in, because a utility was improperly installed.

The house itself had been mostly finished since the Fall of
2017, and passed inspection, but the utility was not 
properly installed so, I couldn't get an occupancy permit.

I was able to move into the house in July of 2020, but that issue still plagued us!
